Every Fortnight we have a 1 hour demonstration on a new template set.
Come along and see how much fun these template sets are to use to make
lots of different star and hexagon designs. Break free of paper
patterns, these are designed to be used with your rotary cutter and are
simple to cut out. Most are hand pieced, but of course you can machine
piece as well or a combination of both. We’ll get you started on hand
piecing and show you how to set in shapes with some of the more
difficult designs. We will also give you lots of ideas on how to use
the completed blocks. Rotary cutting and basic sewing skills required.
Each fortnightly session is $4 and a pre-cut sample can be ordered prior
to the session for an additional $5 per set so you can sit and hand sew
the block during the demonstration if you wish. Bookings essentials,
places are limited. Sets maybe purchased after the class.
